Agnes Van Der Weijden
Agnes studied graphic design before she started working as a radio and television producer. However, her interests in graphic design, interior decoration and fashion kept her active in these areas in a non-professional way. She designs websites, contact cards, fabrics, wallpaper, hats and carpets. In her work as a producer, she has developed a special interest in foreign cultures and their influence on western societies, on topics such as art, architecture, music and fashion. The Adobe medina of Sana’a in Yemen, the mosaics of the Alhambra in Granada, the brightly colored wooden houses of Scandinavia, the pavement of the Dam square in Amsterdam, are some of the great sources that inspire her creativity.
